Vaccinations - Rabies vaccines are required for travel and the currency period is determined by the state of destination. All dogs and cats risk exposure to other species-specific diseases, including Leptospirosis (canine) and Leukemia (feline). Vaccinations to protect against other diseases are not mandatory, but we highly recommend keeping them current.

We don’t make the rules…all health certificates are valid for 30 days from the issue date; however, some airlines require that they be completed within 10 days of travel. Every state and foreign country has its own rules and regulations for animal import and export according to species. If you are not sure about the rules and/or regulations for your destination, please check with a receptionist prior to completing this form.
